Yorkville Village is back and our retailers are open for in-store shopping! WE’RE DOING OUR PART The Province of Ontario has announced, effective Tuesday, February 16, 2021, the return to the colour-coded COVID-19 response framework for certain designate regions. As of March 8, 2021, Toronto will be permitted to reopen under the restrictions designated under the Grey Lockdown which permits selected non-essential retail to reopen with limited capacity at 25%. At Yorkville Village, the health, safety and comfort of our visitors, tenants and employees remains our number one priority.  As we reopen, we will continue to make every effort in our enclosed mall common areas to maintain prevent virus transmission and we are taking the following actions: Customer screening signage at mall entrances alerting visitors to not enter if they are experiencing symptoms of, or have been exposed to COVID-19; Re-enforcing mandatory face covering (mask) signage at mall entrances; Posting at mall entrances of occupancy limits permitted for the enclosed mall area; Awareness signage and floor decals to ensure physical distancing is respected in all common areas; Maintaining cleaning protocols of common area high touchpoint areas, such as entrance doors hardware and customer washroom areas; Maintaining availability of hand sanitizer units for customers and employees; Opened stairwell access for visitors wishing to access the shopping centre, without getting into an elevator; Limited elevator capacity to only 2 individuals per cab; Flushing shopping centre daily with fresh air; Continued communication with our tenants and employees advising them of our protocols, policies and recommended practices to keep them safe and prevent virus transmission. Elevate your everyday with services implemented to provide customers with new safe ways to shop. Consider using our Contactless Pick Up services, or shopping with one of our dedicated Personal Shoppers. Before you shop, check individual store listings for their COVID related policies and procedures, as well as hours of operation.
